afterparty

how many people do you think will come to PCN after party if it’s on a thursday night? the reason i’m asking is because it might be cheaper if we have it in SF.. but how many people will end up going?

i know we said we should include it in PCN post-dialogue, but is it really that necessary? there was only one comment on the plus-delta list from last year, so i’m not sure how concerned we should be about including it in the discussion. maybe we could switch the dates?

i would like to suggest taking a straw-poll (sp?) and ask the participants.  any thoughts?

Louel, dinner, and after party

1) i talked to louel today and he will turn in a draft on what he and the writers talked about last week. it’s basically more focused on liberty and estella’s conversation (kind of like a vignette), with some of liberty scattered around the other skits (ex. Papercuts will write her in as the girl that is interviewed for the paper). i told him to go ahead and write whatever they talked about and we’ll see how it turns out- i think it meshes his ideas of community involvement as well as the mother-daughter interaction..

2) i’m planning on turning in the papers for Heller on Monday even though we don’t know how much the after-hours pricing will be… i think Lisa Walker said we might be able to get it waived anyways??

3) PCN afterparty: although I am the one delegated the task I’m going to look for someone else to head it up, maybe a 3rd year like Ben or someone? any recommendations?

some conflicts i see are general meetings, acting auditions, workshops of other components, and all-core on saturday, but i’m not sure how many people are going to be trying out from those spaces.
