checking in
as the show comes closer i feel a greater need for all of us to be checking in more often and being on the same page. while we do this already thru texts, emails, phone calls, i’m going to suggest an idea.
how would you two feel about having a time to check in, all three of us, every day until the show? it could be the same time everyday or varying depending on our schedule. it could be through conference call, face to face at all casts, or group chat or something.
i just feel like it’s crunch time and i want to keep being informed and informing you two about everything we’re handling and this is a way to not let things fall through the cracks.

projector
which one are we ordering? just want to finalize it so we can let zellerbach know. i vote for the back projector as long as the image will be seen on the entire back screen ’cause i think we can also use this for backdrops.
and we also need to put in the order for the gobos!

food for community dinner
we really need to figure this out. i’ve tried contacting Goldilock’s but no luck.. do you two have any suggestions on how to work this out? maybe have each head/core member contact a restaurant to ask for food donations for that day?

considering mid-process dialogue
ello!
i feel we should look at the plus-deltas together or in an email thread and see what things we can do to improve the next indiv practices and all-cast, and anything else in between. some things off the top of my head are the suggestion box (if we could have that during the weekend and also up in 515.. also adrien, did patrici respond to putting a page on our website?), and the table for greater publicity during the weekend. for sundays all-cast we should also list the study rooms somewhere and announce the order of events at the beginning.

Marketing
so i really want to sell as many tickets as we can this year, um duh. but anyway, in order to really get on top of this, i was thinking that we could get a ticket sales & marketing team together. these folks could be solely focused to the end of selling out the show. this would be more than publicity, but they would of course talk to publicity, but more work in terms of getting on top of participants to sell, networking to campuses, organizations, campus orgs, businesses, etc. setting up the sales table during all-cast. also the sufficient grounds owner said we are welcome to set up a table for ticket sales at the cafe, free of charge. they could organize this as well. things like this.
please let me know what you two think. i can think of some folks who would be good to help out with this (nolan, joshv, other p4 folks?).

bows
i’m working with Rodney on bows. this is really important ’cause he’d really like the music done. as i said before, please give any input.
just to let you all know what we’ve been talking about- 1) we like reCreation’s bows and are thinking of doing something like this, but different, 2) each component could hold up a sign of what the name of their dance/skit it so people know what we’re bowing for, or maybe we can use the back image projector to display the names, 3) as a song we’re thinking of compiling the different songs from each component, but this is very ambitious and we may instead come up with some sort of music suite that has all of the memorable songs from awaken movement.
any thoughts?
